Most items are subject to a restocking fee. This applies to Pullman, Comet, Ribtype, Pads, Inks and other special order items. Custom Stamps and special assembled items are not returnable in most cases but we will fix any of our errors at no cost. Ink may not be returned if opened.  The normal restock fee is 25% of the retail cost of the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund shipping costs when items are returned. Prior authorization is required on all returns.
